Notes to the rental rates
Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change over days are
flexible But Saturday is preferred and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8
weeks before holiday. £100 deposit cheque against any damages payable 8 weeks
before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday if all is well in
apartment.
Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. Small welcome pack
provided, transfers available at a cost of £40 return. Apartment available from
3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.
