apartment is situated on the beautiful Complex of ‘’Clube Albufeira’’ close to
the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman’s Beach.. The apartment has been
furnished and equipped to a very high standard and includes 2 twin bedrooms with
fitted wardrobes, 2 Bathrooms (one en-suite), with a small private balcony to
the master bedroom. A fully fitted an equipped kitchen with Electric cooker,
fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster plus all kitchen utensils and
linen. Large spacious lounge/diner with traditional Portuguese wood burner,
dining table that seats 6 people, Satellite TV and a Sofa Bed. Patio doors lead
straight out from the lounge onto a large south facing balcony with patio
furniture and pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. Close to the 2
large swimming pools, pool bar and fabulous restaurant, which offers snacks and
a full ‘A la Carte’ menu including Sunday lunch and weekly BBQ which is open all

Centrally located the apartment makes for an all
year round holiday destination with something for everyone. For those looking
for a holiday with great resort facilities, close to all the main attractions.
Fisherman's beach is 2km away where you will find a variety of fine restaurants,
Shops, bars cafes and plenty of amusement for children. There is a free shuttle
bus service, which runs regularly to and from the centre of Albufeira. The
24hour reception desk can arrange day trips to all local attractions including
Water Parks, Zoo Marine and Boat Trips. Only 5 mins away is the popular ‘Algarve
Shopping Centre with a number of designer shops, discount retail outlets,
bowling, cinema and a host of international restaurants. Glorious beaches for
which the Algarve is famous, are only a 5 min drive away. Good on site
facilities and supermarket are within walking distance. For the golfers you are
only 10 mins drive
from Salgados and Balaia golf courses. Airport

Notes to the rental rates
Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change over days are
flexible but Saturday is preferred and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8
weeks before holiday. £100 deposit cheque against any damages payable 8 weeks
before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday if all is well in
apartment. Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. Small welcome
pack provided, transfers available at a cost of £40 return. Apartment available
from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.
Complex Facilities
At the
heart of the resort is `O Pavillhao` an excellent poolside restaurant and bar
serving everything from snacks and ice cream to international cuisine and
traditional English Sunday Roast. Pool table and football table. Weekly BBQ and
live entertainment in the high season. The resorts other large pool area with
two Jacuzzis also has a snack bar. Reception can arrange taxis and day trips to
local attractions such as Slide and Splash, Zoo marine, boat trips, golf tee
times, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Albufeira´s Camping facilities
opposite the resort (access via footbridge) are available to Clube Albufeira
guests at no extra charge and include supermarket, restaurant, disco, large pool
area, children’s sandy play area, craft shop, newspaper kiosk, tennis and
football courts. Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change
over days are flexible and availability is all year.
Transport
Discounted Car Hire can be arranged for your entire stay or for specified days
from either Faro Airport or delivered to Clube Albufeira.. For those who do not
wish to drive airport transfer fees are €60 euros return. Taxi fares to anywhere

Special
Green Fees for Club Albufeira Guests are available for the following Golf
Courses: VILAMOURA 1,2 AND 3 MILLENNIUM SALGADOS VILA SOL PINTA GRAMACHO Only
players wearing soft spikes and proper attire (no t-shirts) will be allowed to
play. Payment in cash required.
